Samsung is preparing to launch its new foldable smartphones. The company may launch Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3 globally in the second half of this year. Recently a leak has found that Samsung’s foldable smartphones can debut in July.
According to a report based on tipster Ice Universe’s tweet, it will take Samsung five months to launch the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 with S Pen support. According to an earlier Sammobile report, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will not be a full flagship smartphone but may come as a budget flagship device.
Special Display in Galaxy Z Fold 3
It is being said that Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 can have 7.55 inch internal display and 6.21 inch cover display. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 can be priced similar to the Galaxy Fold 2. The company launched the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 with a price tag of $ 2,000 (approx. Rs 1.45 lakh) in most markets, if leaked, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 could be priced the same. This means customers will be able to experience new hardware features at the same price.
A part from this, Galaxy Z Fold 3 may comes with an under-display camera. ET News reports state that South Korean smartphone makers are adopting an under-display camera technology for their upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 3 phones. This will be the first time Samsung will choose such innovative camera technology for its foldable series.
Galaxy Z Flip 3 Display
Samsung is one of the two smartphone manufacturers that is advancing folding display technology in its premium phones. While both these phones are cool, also they are quite expensive. Therefore, Samsung is apparently trying to come up with a new cheap version of the flip folding phone.
