The Samsung Galaxy Book Go and Galaxy Book Go 5G were unveiled as the company’s ‘always-on, always-connected’ laptops on Thursday, June 3. These both are the great affordable budget laptop that you can buy right now. The now models comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon syste-on-chip that runs on Microsoft Window 10 Home.

One thing I really liked about both the models is its design which folds completely 180 degrees easily and these features you couldn’t get in every laptops. Additionally, Samsung has provided other features on the two laptops including Dolby Atmos support and Microsoft Your Phone app pre-loaded. The new laptops from the South Korean company are designed to compete with the popular Chromebooks and are targeted at those looking for a computer to meet their remote working and study needs.

The Samsung Galaxy Book Go price starts at $349 (roughly Rs.25,500) for the Wi-Fi only version. There is also an LTE variant of the laptop which is yet to receive an official price tag. Samsung Galaxy Book Go will be available for sale in select markets from June.

Samsung did not provide any pricing and availability details for the 5G model. But Samsung has said that the 5G-enabled model will be available later this year. The company mentioned that both the Galaxy Book Go and Galaxy Book Go 5G will debut with a silver finish.

The Samsung Galaxy Book Go comes with 14-inch Full-HD (1920 x 1080 pixels)TFT Display that runs on the Window 10 Home (configurable to Window 10 Pro). The laptop is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 SoC, which is paired with an Adreno GPU and carries 4GB and 8GB RAM options.

The Snapdragon chip was recently launched by Qualcomm for entry-level laptops. The Samsung Galaxy Book Go has 64GB and 128GB of eUFS storage choice, that gives you better performance.

Connectivity options on the Samsung Galaxy Book Go include LTE (optional), Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.1 with two USB Type-C ports, and USB 2.0 port, including a 3.5mm headphone jack. There is also microSD card support. Furthermore, the LTE version of the Galaxy Book Go comes with a nano SIM card slot.
