The third generation of Suzuki Hayabusa model is set to knock in the Indian market. Suzuki Hayabusa is a name in one of the world’s best Bikes list, which has been popularized by their fans. Suzuki Motorcycle India released a video teaser of it on social media, in which the bike is seen to be speeding. After the teaser, it is expected that Hayabusa can be launched in India soon. The company has not yet confirmed its launch date. The ex-showroom decide the Suzuki Hayabusa price can be around 20 lakhs. The company stopped selling it in India after BS6 emission norms came into force last year.
New features in Suzuki Hayabusa bike
Changes will be seen in the looks of the new Hayabusa. As can be seen in the video teaser, the exterior look of the bike is sharper than before, and dual tone color option will also be available in it. The bike will come with many advanced features. Now it has LED headlights and turn indicators.
The next-generation Hayabusa will get 43mm KYB USD front fork and link type suspension at the rear. Apart from this, intelligent ride system will be given in the bike. And of course, as it is new so it should have features such as upgraded riding modes, traction control, by directional quick shift system, launch control, three-level off engine brake control, cruise control, power mode selector, cornering ABS, hill hold control and anti lift control system.
Hayabusa engine power
It has been updated much more than the old one, and its engine too, so let’s know what is special in the engine. The new Suzuki Hayabusa will get a 1340 cc in-line four-cylinder, DOHC, fuel-injected engine that will generate 190 horsepower (already 7 hp less) at 9700 rpm and 150 Nm of torque at 7000 rpm. . The engine will be BS6 compliant and will be mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The engine will get new air intake and light exhaust, which has reduced the total weight of the bike to just 264 kg.
